Dr. Habib Sadeghi Joins Jenny McCarthy on Her Radio Show
Last year, Dr. Habib Sadeghi was invited to talk about his book, The Clarity Cleanse, on The Jenny McCarthy Show, a radio talk show on SiriusXM. Together, Dr. Sadeghi and Jenny McCarthy discussed some of the steps you can take to live your life with clarity.
Listen to the interview below.
In The Clarity Cleanse, Dr. Sadeghi presents a personalized, 12-step approach to clearing out the mental clutter to help us focus on the changes we need to make to live a more peaceful and happy life. He guides readers through all the noise and demands of daily living to create a clean, unadulterated space inside of themselves to process the information, emotions, relationships, and events in their lives.
Because negative emotions actually do damage on the cellular level, The Clarity Cleanse offers guidance for cleansing both your body and your mind. You will learn how to create a clear intention, purge negative emotions, practice compassionate self-forgiveness, and more.
For the physical body, the book includes Dr. Sadeghi’s Intentional Unsaturation Diet, which helps support emotional cleansing by removing the residue of repressed negative emotions. The diet is designed to reduce congestion in the liver, gallbladder, lungs, kidneys, and pancreas-the organs most affected by feelings such as resentment and anger.
